1 General Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between Game Haji (gamehaji.pro) and its members. They apply to you as soon as you begin using the Game Haji website, mobile app, or any of its services.

These terms and conditions are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, the Bengali version shall take precedence. Game Haji reserves the right to update these terms at any time; however, members will be notified of significant changes at least 30 days in advance via email or in-app notification.

2 Account Registration & Information Accuracy

To open an account with Game Haji, you must provide accurate and complete information. The name, mobile number, date of birth, and address you submit at registration must be genuine. Registering with false or incorrect information may result in your account being closed and your balance forfeited at any time.

One account per person

Each individual may only open one Game Haji account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be closed and any bonus winnings will be forfeited. Running multiple accounts from the same household or device may be treated as multi-accounting.

KYC Verification

After registration, Game Haji may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time. This process may require you to submit a government-issued ID (NID, passport, or driving licence) along with proof of address. Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC is not completed.

3 Age & Eligibility Requirements

You must be 18 years of age or older to participate on Game Haji. Under no circumstances are individuals under 18 permitted to open an account or place bets. Game Haji conducts regular age verification and reserves the right to immediately close any account found to belong to an underage member.

• Registrants must be residents of Bangladesh or must be physically located in Bangladesh when using the platform.
• Game Haji employees, officers, and their immediate family members are not permitted to participate in betting.
• Individuals on the self-exclusion list are not permitted to open a new account.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

Game Haji currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and direct Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. All deposits must be made from your own account — payments sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.

5 Withdrawal Policy & Conditions

Your KYC verification must be completed before you can withdraw winnings. Withdrawals are only available through the same payment method used for your deposit — for example, if you deposited via bKash, you must withdraw to bKash. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.

Game Haji typically processes withdrawal requests within 3–15 minutes of receipt. However, in cases requiring security review or investigation of unusual activity, processing may take up to 24–72 hours.

Reasons for Withdrawal Rejection

• KYC verification incomplete or failed
• Bonus wagering requirements not met
• Suspicious activity under investigation
• Payment details mismatch
• Multiple accounts detected from the same device or network

6 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Game Haji offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which are clearly stated on the relevant promotion page before you claim the bonus. By accepting a bonus, you agree to the specific terms that apply to it.

7 Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed on Game Haji, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled without cause. However, bets may be voided or cancelled under certain specific circumstances.

Bet Void Conditions

• If a match or event is cancelled or abandoned (due to rain, security concerns, etc.)
• If odds are published incorrectly for any reason (obvious error)
• Match venue or format change
• When insufficient information is available in a market to determine the correct outcome

If a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to your wallet. Bets are not accepted on suspended markets. Game Haji reserves the right to decline any bet.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Game Haji. Violations will result in account suspension and balance forfeiture:

• Arbitrage Betting: Attempting to guarantee a profit by placing opposing bets on the same event across different platforms
• Bonus Hunting: Creating multiple accounts solely to claim bonuses
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder money
• Software Hacking: Use of bots, scripts, or automation tools
• Match Fixing: Placing a bet with prior knowledge of an event's outcome
• Using Another Person's Account: Logging into or managing someone else's account

9 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Game Haji may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Any breach of terms and conditions
• Suspected fraud or dishonest activity
• Order from legal authorities
• Extended inactivity (no transactions for more than 36 months)

Members may request to close their account at any time. Any remaining balance should be withdrawn before closure. If you need to claim a balance after your account has been closed, please contact support.

10 Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

Game Haji makes every effort to keep its platform running without interruption. However, Game Haji will not be held liable for temporary disruptions caused by technical issues, server maintenance, or other unforeseen circumstances.

11 Changes to Terms & Notice

Game Haji reserves the right to modify, update, or remove these terms at any time. Minor changes (spelling, formatting) may be made without prior notice. For significant changes, members will be notified in advance via the email or phone number registered to their account.

Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not wish to accept the new terms, you may close your account and withdraw your balance.

12 Contact & Dispute Resolution

For any questions, complaints, or disputes, please contact our support team in the first instance. Game Haji aims to respond to all complaints within 48 hours.
